hello@plyhaus.com
Welcome to Plyhaus. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules, policies, and expectations associated with using our website and purchasing our products or services. By accessing this site, submitting a purchase order, or engaging Plyhaus for modular casework, custom millwork, or installation services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Plyhaus specializes in the sale and coordination of OFS Mile Marker modular casework and related services. Because all items are made to order, our terms prioritize project clarity, accurate approvals, and proactive communication to ensure a successful experience for all parties.
Please read the following sections carefully. If you have any questions about these terms, feel free to contact us.
All OFS Mile Marker modular casework and any custom millwork coordinated through Plyhaus are made to order. Specifications, dimensions, materials, and finishes are confirmed prior to production. Once approved and submitted, orders are final and cannot be modified, canceled, or returned.
Please note that OFS does not accept returns. All casework is manufactured to order, specifically for each project. No refunds will be issued once an order is placed and confirmed, regardless of changes in scope, delays, or cancellations. Clients are responsible for verifying all specifications before approval.
Unless otherwise noted in your quote or agreement, standard terms are as follows:
+ 50% deposit due upon order confirmation
+ The remaining 50% due before shipment or delivery
+ Payments not received by the due date are subject to late fees and may result in project delays
Production and delivery timelines begin once the deposit is received and all specifications are finalized. Plyhaus is not liable for delays caused by manufacturers, freight carriers, or job site access restrictions. Final delivery must be coordinated with the job site superintendent or designated point of contact.
Certified subcontractors install Stakett. Clients are responsible for ensuring that the job site is ready, accessible, and meets any required conditions for a safe and efficient installation. Any field modifications or delays due to unprepared conditions may incur additional charges.
Submittals, warranties, and closeout documents will be provided upon request or at project completion. All documentation reflects the final approved order and installed scope.
