Delivery Information

Coordinated. Timely. Jobsite-Ready.

At Plyhaus, delivery isn’t just a final step; it’s a critical part of how we ensure your OFS Mile Marker modular casework arrives safely, on schedule, and ready for installation. We manage every aspect of freight, staging, and coordination with jobsite teams to minimize disruption and keep your project on track.

+   All products are made to order—no returns or refunds

+   Delivery is coordinated to match install readiness

+   Freight and storage costs will be included in your formal quote

+   Onsite labor or equipment for unloading is the client’s responsibility unless arranged in advance

We coordinate directly with OFS and third-party carriers to manage freight from the moment your casework leaves the factory.

     +   Orders are tracked continuously.

+   You’ll receive shipment notifications and tracking details.

+   Liftgate and limited-access services are available upon request.

+   Freight charges are quoted upfront with no hidden fees

If your jobsite isn’t ready to receive product, Plyhaus offers optional short-term warehousing and staging in select markets.

+   We hold the product securely until delivery can be scheduled

+   Final delivery is timed to align with install dates

+   Staging may incur additional storage fees if extended beyond the quoted timeline

We work directly with general contractors, field superintendents, and site leads to:

+   Schedule delivery dates around project milestones

+   Ensure safe access and entry conditions

+   Minimize downtime, congestion, and material exposure

Important: Delays in site readiness must be communicated 72 hours in advance to avoid re-delivery fees or rescheduling costs.

Upon delivery, your team must:

+   Inspect all items before signing delivery paperwork

+   Photograph any damage or discrepancies

+   Report issues within 24 hours for freight claims eligibility

Plyhaus cannot process freight claims for damaged or missing items reported outside of this window.
