Returns & Refunds

At Plyhaus, we take pride in delivering high-quality, made-to-order modular millwork solutions. Because every product we sell is custom-built to your specifications, all sales are final.

No Returns

We do not accept returns on any product. All OFS Mile Marker casework and custom millwork, coordinated through Plyhaus, is manufactured specifically for each order and project. This ensures precision, consistency, and quality, but it also means that items cannot be resold or restocked once they are produced.

No Refunds

Once an order is confirmed and submitted to production, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded for any reason. Clients are responsible for verifying specifications, dimensions, finishes, and jobsite readiness prior to order approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that your order arrives with visible damage or discrepancies, please notify our team within 24 hours of delivery. Claims must include photos and a detailed description. We will work directly with the manufacturer or freight provider to resolve eligible issues as quickly as possible.
