What Your Order Status Means

Confirmed – Your order has been reviewed and submitted to OFS for production
In Production – Millwork components are being fabricated based on your approved specifications
Freight Scheduled – Your order has been packaged and booked with a freight carrier
In Transit – Products are en route to your jobsite or designated warehouse
Delivered – Your order has arrived; please inspect and report any issues within 24 hours
Closed Out – Installation is complete, and final documentation has been submitted
